Order Issues
If your order is missing, incorrect, or arrived damaged, please submit a request through our Contact page. Include your order number so we can resolve it ASAP.

Delivery & Shipping Times
We make most items to order, so delivery = production time + shipping time.
Production: 2–5 business days
Shipping (after production):
USA: 3–7 business days
Canada/UK/EU: 5–12 business days
You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, or your order is 5+ days past the estimate, please reach out via our Contact page with your order number. -
Returns & Exchanges
Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
