We make most items to order, so delivery = production time + shipping time.

Production: 2–5 business days

Shipping (after production):
USA: 3–7 business days
Canada/UK/EU: 5–12 business days

You’ll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

If tracking hasn’t updated for 7 business days, or your order is 5+ days past the estimate, please reach out via our Contact page with your order number.

Because all items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out via our Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
